Since I obtained my mortgage, I have had some credit problems. Due to circumstances beyond my control, I made some slow payments on my credit card bills and other monthly obligations. Mortgage rates are lower now than they were when I purchased my home. If I would qualify for a lower interest rate, I would save thousands of dollars over the life of my mortgage loan. I just don’t know if I will qualify for today’s low rates or not. Is my credit good enough for mortgage refinance? Or will credit problems keep me from getting a lower interest loan?

It is interesting to see how British people spend their money. Especially given the economic situation that is producing a rash of bad credit, secured loans , UK these days. A study of data collected by the Office for National Statistics, and answers from 4,200 people spoken to by researchers from financial comparison web site Uswitch, has shown the average income in the UK is £2,607. Of that, £1,229 goes on essentials, £865 on non-essentials and £356 repaying debt. That leaves just £157. Not a lot to go on, I would have thought. I just hope that most of us are careful about what we consider ‘essentials’.

I want to have the added security of having outdoor lights on my property, but I want to avoid using more electricity if possible. I was thinking that it would be nice if I could find some outdoor solar lights that have motion sensors, so they only turn on when someone is nearby. With solar lights I don’t have to use electricity, and the motion sensors will keep the lights from being on all the time when I don’t need them. I don’t want the light pollution, since I like to be able to see the stars, and also they will last longer if they aren’t on all the time.

People that study magic will dispute the existence of Real Evil Ghosts unless you alter how you define ghosts. Many thing ghost are people that have died and are either to angry to pass on or have unfinished business. If you consider that perhaps these "ghosts" may be beings from other dimensions instead of the remaining essence of the human living you might get new perspectives. When I’m asked to give people advice about staying out of debt I tell them that they absolutely must make sure they pay off your credit cards balances each and every month. I realize how tempting it can be to let it slip for a month, but once you start down that path, things start to snowball and before you know it you’re making minimum payments on 10 different credit cards just hoping that nobody realizes that you’re in debt up to your eyeballs and one unexpected emergency would send you spiraling into bankruptcy and you’d lose all those “things” you bought just to keep up with the Jones’.
