Now, if you, as the seller, are not available to be contacted for any questions the buyer might have, you are not looking at a good reputation on eBay.  In fact, eBay is there to help the buyer if they can’t get a hold of the seller.  It is important to make sure that the buyer has all of your contact information, and that you follow up with them shortly after the purchase to be sure that everything is o.k.

For my internet business, eBay is a great way to make extra money or even a full time income.  Remember that good customer service is a must in this type of business.
