Sometimes You Have to Start at the Bottom of a Recruiting Company
I read a blog once that discussed recruiting employees for a business. In this case, the woman who wrote the blog was an actual recruiter who had made a success of it. One of the things that she mentioned was how tough it is to actually break into the business. It is easiest to start with a company that offers recruitment services with companies and slowly work your way up. She explained that once you develop a reputation as a recruiter then companies are more willing to work with you if you strike out on your own. Just make sure not to burn any bridges.
