Training an SEO

SEO training is extremely important nowadays. When talking about search engine optimization and training other businesses on how to better generate traffic to their web sites, SEOs also need to be able to train each other on new ways and means of generating traffic so that they stay up to date on the latest forms of media.  For example, a lot of SEO companies are beginning to see the value in social media/marketing.  Web sites such as Myspace.com, Facebook, YouTube and many others have long been social media meeting places for the everyday person (or your teenage child).  It was something that wasn’t (and to some degree still isn’t) being taken seriously by many businesses and companies.  But now, the tides have turned and social media is quickly becoming the new age in search engine optimization.  For example, if a company advertises something on YouTube or Myspace, the chances are very good that something about their site will get picked up by the users of those sites.  However, there are still kinks to be worked out.  After all, nobody likes salespeople, so the trick is to contribute quality content to make you seem more credible, then you can let those who are interested come to you.
