The Demand for Nurses in our Area
I was speaking to a friend the other day who was talking about how healthcare employment is on the rise. She is a nurse and said that her field seemed to be booming at the moment. She wasn’t sure if it was because there were less nurses and therefor high demand or if there were so many new hospitals that the demand for nurses just couldn’t keep up with the growing healthcare facilities in the area. After discussing, I thing that it may be the fact that there is such a growth of facilities in our area and the nursing population hasn’t caught up yet.
