Why I chose a chiropractor over surgery.
Two months ago I had a work related injury. I work as a police dispatcher and my injury entailed falling out of my chair;please don’t laugh. I went to my doctor and was totally dismayed to learn that I had actually ruptured a disk,L-4,L-5. They suggested that I get them fused. In my off time I enjoy playing sports so I wanted to look at options that didn’t involve surgery. My neighbor is a nurse for an Orlando chiropractor so I went next door to speak with her. After our discussion of my injuries I determined that visiting her office would be in my best interest.
