The Importance of Being on Time for a Soccer Coach
Being on time is one of my hobby horses but I really do think it is important, and here is why. When you as a soccer coach show up late all the time then your kids are going to think it’s ok to get away with it too. Promptness is vital because you are teaching the kids another lesson. Discipline. Discipline on the field is just as important as discipline off the field. When you teach your kids to be prompt it helps everyone get on the same page. When coaching kids soccer you need to always be aware that you are a role model for the children and they will mimic the things you do and say.
