Executing a Will

If you find yourself in a situation where you do not have an attorney present at the time of a will being executed, you need professional help.  A probate attorney can be invaluable during these proceedings.  This way, if anyone has a problem with the results of the reading, they can consult the attorney right there.  Otherwise, it might be helpful to have several different attorneys present.  If it is going to be the kind of event which is going to be highly contested, you may want to have the attorneys prepared beforehand.  Generally these things do not happen, but if they do, it is best to be prepared to avoid dragging out the proceedings.
