Keeping young

So in another effort to stay young and fit I have decided to start an exercise regiment. I tried Belly Dancing, you should not have a belly if you want to do belly dancing, Instead of sexy and cool you get gross and yuck. So Yoga, then stability ball, then cardio kick boxing. After all my husband bought me a Shimano bikes. I love riding my bike it doesn’t make me look at the back of my chubby ankles like yoga, or try to balance on a big ball, or kicking my leg above my head, it is so great.
