Whatever Happened to Hooters Airline?
One of the most popular ways to travel into the Myrtle Beach area several years ago was on Hooters Airline. This was especially the case whenever it came to male golfers as that is what the airline was specifically targeting. There were several flights that went into the area on a daily basis so it was easy to book one of these flights. Unfortunately, the airline ended up shutting down last year and they don’t have any inclination towards resuming the flights anytime soon. The reason why they stopped flying was because the price of jet fuel was going up and they were unable to continue their flights economically.
